A look in the memories of Lior Ziv
I had the honor of designing the book in memory of Lior Ziv R.I.P.
He fell while serving as a military photographer in 2004.
I received his work, about 4,000 photos that he took in only one year of service.
I decided to use the unfocused photos as a way to represent Lior.
The technique I chose is in a color gradient from black to white, which in my view represent life and death.
The black as a color that is full of life, full of color, and the white as the color of the dead, the empty void.
The book appears in the National Library of Israel as well as in other libraries around the country.

היה לי הכבוד לעצב את הספר לזכרו של ליאור זיו ז"ל
הוא נפל ב-2004 במהלך מבצע בעזה, כששירת כצלם צבאי.
קיבלתי את הצילומים שלו, כ-4,000 תמונות שהוא צילם בשנה אחת
של שירות. לאחר עיון מעמיק החלטתי להשתמש בתמונות הלא ממוקדות
כדרך לייצג את ליאור.
הטכניקה שבחרתי היא במעבר צבע משחור ללבן, המייצגים בעיני חיים ומוות.
השחור כצבע מלא חיים, מלא צבע, והלבן כצבע הריק חסר החיים.
הספר מופיע בספרייה הלאומית בישראל וכן בספריות נוספות ברחבי הארץ.
